The Getty Residences are a limited collection of homes located at 503 West 24th Street in the heart of West Chelsea. A unique collaboration with renowned architect Peter Marino, The Getty is a work of art in and of itself, nestled along Chelsea’s High Line in the epicenter of New York City’s art district. Behind the building’s geometric glass façade is a rich interior, where each of the five individually crafted residences are outfitted with layers of textures and custom finishes by Marino, featuring marble, stone, and wood from over 60 countries.

Marino’s familiarity with utmost luxury is evident in The Getty Residences. As fashion’s most celebrated architect, Peter Marino has designed dozens of luxury fashion stores including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, and Bulgari, and is renowned for his inventive use of light, space, and contemporary artwork.

Below the residences, the building is home to the Lehmann Maupin Gallery on its first two floors, and the Hill Art Foundation on the third and fourth floors.
