THE ART OF COLLABORATION
SHVO+ is at the heart of what makes a project uniquely SHVO. Since 2004 SHVO has elevated its real estate offerings though groundbreaking partnerships and collaborations with the world’s best-known architects, designers, hotel brands, chefs and artists, in order to create unique and transformational experiences in the service of its guests.
Our ethos, combined with creative confidence and commercial rigor, which allows SHVO to imbue every project with a distinct identity, to deliver distinctive design, exceptional service and extraordinary cultural experiences.
SHVO pioneered the union of fashion and real estate with Armani Casa at 20 Pine Street, a concept subsequently emulated worldwide. In 2013, Michael Shvo created the public art installation “Sheep Station” in Manhattan, which transformed a former gas station lot in Chelsea into a whimsical scene of sculptures by François-Xavier Lalanne. In late 2019, SHVO opened the Les Lalanne sculpture garden at The Raleigh Hotel Gardens in Miami Beach.
SHVO+ partnerships have included Lord Norman Foster, Peter Marino, Renzo Piano, Mandarin Oriental, Herzog & de Meuron, Aman Resorts and Daniel Boulud, to name a few.
Our composition of ideas spreads a cultural and artistic sensibility across the portfolio, blending expertise, adding value, and cultivating desire.
